TAULADAN YANG PERLU DICONTOHI SEMUA

Demi negara maju dan menjadi sebuah negara bertaraf 'First World Nation', peranan yang dimainkan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan amat penting.....

Saya ingin mengambil kesempatan ini untuk mengucapkan ribuan terimakasih kepada Yang Dihormati Datuk Seri Maimunah Mohd Shariff kerana keprihatinan beliau. 

    Pada masa yang sama, ucapan ini juga harap dapat disalurkan kepada setiap warga Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) yang bertungkus-lumus memastikan jalan-jalan di bandaraya kita dijaga dengan baik. Sehari lalu saya memandu di kawasan Jalan Kepong dan mendapati banyak lubang ditampal dengan baik sekali.

    Walaupun saya jarang menggunakan jalan ini, saya dapati kerja-kerja menurap jalan itu dibuat dengan baik dan amat memuaskan. 

    Masalah yang kita dapat lihat dari video itu adalah kerana kerja-kerja penurapan jalan yang dibuat oleh kontraktor Jabatan Pengairan dan Saluran. Jika perkara ini tidak disalurkan kepada Datuk Bandar, DBKL mungkin tidak akan tahu, lalu selepas beberapa bulan apabila aduan diterima, pihak DBKL pula yang terpaksa mengeluarkan wang untuk memperbaiki jalan. 

    Lihat kerja yang dibuat selepas pihak DBKL mengambil tindakan yang sewajarnya. A bouquet of flowers for all of you, DBKL! Congratulations for your great job. 

    Tengahari tadi saya baru lalu. Harap pihak DBKL akan teruskan usaha sedemikian dan menjadi tauladan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan di seluruh negara: 

        Yang ini saja yang ditinggalkan oleh kontraktor dan mungkin dapat diperbaiki sama sekali.

     At the same time, I also hope that this word of appreciation can also be channeled to every staff of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) who works hard to ensure that the roads in our city are well-maintained. 

      The other day I was driving along  Jalan Kepong area and found many potholes that were patched very well. Bravo!

      Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️ ❤️ 

       Although I rarely use this road, I found the paving work on the road to be done very well and satisfactory.

      The problem that we can see from the video below is because of the road paving work done by the contractor engaged by the Irrigation and Drainage Department. 

       If this matter is not reported to the Mayor, DBKL may not know, and after a few months when the complaint is received, DBKL will have to spend money to repair the road.
